1.25 inch rolling papers are 77 x 45 mm. You're referring to 1.5 inch rolling papers. Click on some other brands to try to find mm measurements that you can understand. These are white and not transparent. Hope this helps.

Are this knockoffs or are they the original Bob Marley's from Spain?

This is my third time buying, been good so far, when you get them they say made in spain. I think the tell is knockoffs usually have 32 leaves , if it doesn't have 50 leaves per booklet look further,
