My lenses fell in between the 2 sizes so I ordered the larger one, but it fell off--the width of your glasses needs to be slightly more than the width of the clip on before you spread them apart, for them to stay on. These lenses are a tiny bit smaller than those of my glasses but they stay on firmly. Only complaint is they are hard to put on with one hand, and need 2 hands too take off.
