ChatGPT Book but it has everything.
Experience Astral Traveler. No doubt, this book was created with ChatGPT. There is no personality and tons of sharp edges throughout this book. If you can get past this concept then this book has everything a beginner or a expert will need on Astral Projecting. It takes you from point A to point Z. There is hardly any fluff and gets straight to the point. This book does not go into detail of why this works or tries to make an attempt to change your beliefs on AP but it just tells you the knowledge you need to know. If you are looking for a book that cuts to the chase on how to AP and the different ideas around the body of knowledge then this book is for you. I recently started reading this book, and not only is it interesting but it gives a lot of detail about the definitions of some words, and helping you understand "The bigger Picture". Great job towards the author!

Incredible Twofer
As with all Mari Silva books I am very pleased and impressed. This is actually two separate books discussing two separate but closely related topics. Coincidentally, this is the first book I have picked up for either. Mari is a very knowledgeable spiritual writer/advisor and is now one of my mentors. She covers much information from beginning to advanced astral projection and lucid dreaming. Read this book with an open mind, learn and have fun on the other side. Absolutely recommend because it is packed full of really good information on how to astral travel, one of the best books I've seen on the subject, and I read A LOT about it. The second half is lucid dreaming and it has a ton of information on how to achieve it and different types of dreams. Absolutely recommend.

Perfect book for the vivid dreamer
Amazing book for a spiritualist or intuitive to further their psychic gifts. So much to learn from this book. It talks about auras and chakras and how it's important to stay balanced to travel to the astral plain.

There were so many Astral Projection methods you try to Astral Project yourself. Some methods looked simple and some were a bit complicated.
