I was pleased to find that, contrary to what some other customers had experienced, there were no missing O-rings or metal shavings. Everything was included in the box and protected in a plastic bag. Although the studs had pierced the factory box due to substandard protective material, the threads on the hub assemblies were in perfect condition. The installation took me about an hour and was much easier than removing the old, damaged assemblies.
