They are light, comfortable to hold, and write clearly from the first try. For me, the 1.0 point is perfect as I prefer a more solid line when writing so I haven’t tried the other sizes. I use these pens to write on almost any surface including washi tape in my journal. They also write really well on shiny surfaces like the back of a greeting card. The only thing I have found them to be hit or miss on is PET tape and transparent plastic tape from my label maker. However, I don’t really expect them to write on that kind of tape, so it doesn’t bother me. I was a long-time Bic ballpoint pen user but was given one of these at work, and I fully converted almost immediately. Also I find the price on Amazon, especially on Subscribe and Save, to be the best I’ve found. Definitely worth a try if you enjoy using a ballpoint pen for your day to day writing!

These pens write pretty good for what they’re worth as far as functionality and the speed of writing is pretty good and smooth. We use them all the time in the office and I prefer the thickness of this ink because it still is legal because it’s blue ink and the ink flows pretty decently. It doesn’t run ink all over the place. The thickness of the lines is very good. It’s not too thin. I’ve been using them for years.
