Highly Recommend
Amazing results! Based on the recommendation of an exterminator, I purchased these to rid my kitchen and laundry room of gnats and/or fruit flies. In less than 24 hours, my home was free of those annoying pests. Instructions state the liquid inside them is effective for 45 days. The other product I had ordered used a UV light and magnetic sticky pad to serve the same purpose. However, it did not catch anything!

Happy Fly Trapping
Hello, The TERRO 2-Pack Fly Trap works well. Easy to use. Just fill the small plastic red apples through the top hole with the included small bottle of solution. I do mean small too. One fill up for each apple and that's it. No refill bottles of solution available either from Terro. The stuff smells like Apple Cider Vinegar. Works real good if you see where the fruit fly's are and place the small apple close by. The fly's seem to love the liquid and wow didn't take long to see dead fly's floating in the liquid. There is clear plastic on the side of the apple so you can see inside. Good Luck and Happy Fly Trapping :-)

Not Worth the Price!!!
These work great, I love the convenience, as well as the way that they look, (which is better than my homemade ones in plastic cups look). However; they do not last very long, and I found that I had to put multiple ones out in order for them to be effective. If there was a way to refill these, I think that they would be worth purchasing, mostly for aesthetic reasons, as I find my homemade ones are just as, (if not even more) effective. But, that would require cleaning out all of the fruit flies that are stuck inside, which was not something that I found to be worth the price. I am back to making my own now. Fruit flies are attracted to Apple Cider Vinegar, as well as the color red (the color red is something I read when researching the topic, but used to make them without food coloring, and they were still extremely effective). So, I pour a small amount of Apple Cider Vinegar, in addition to a drop of Red Food Dye into the bottom of small plastic cups, then I put plastic wrap over it, dipping it down in the center, as well as putting a small hole in the middle of it, (I use the tip of a pencil, that way it is just big enough for the fruit flies to go in, but not large enough for them to get out) so that it is close enough to the vinegar for the fruit flies to be attracted to it, but not too close so that they can reach it without going into it. Those directions look extremely lengthy, but it is extremely simple, and extremely quick to put together. It is also very inexpensive to do in comparison with these.

Prevention tool for bugs
Although it does attract a few bugs, yes it works, it doesn’t get rid of most of them. This would be a good product for an occasional bug, more for prevention. However if you have 10+ bugs flying around your kitchen, recommend getting a bug zapper and plugging it in at night in your kitchen. If you are serious about getting rid of them, you may need to remove all food products like onions ,fruit, potatoes etc off your open counter shelves and just eat refrigerated fruit for awhile (grapes etc). Also make sure you cover your sink drain holes at night (day too if you can) were they like to hang out. Also they like damp areas, make sure your bath mats are able to drive well. I put some cheap chemical toilet tablets in my toilet as well so they didn’t have access to water. I think I am starting to win the battle with these bugs. They seem to be flying in when I open my patio door. I may need to move my hanging plants with moist soil away from the door.

Caught 12 fruit flies first week
This eliminated my fruit fly problem fairly cost effectively. I tried some blue night light sticky paper combo and it didnt catch a single fruit fly. This was one third the price and got the job done. The construction is a bit flimsy. The top doesnt screw on or off, you need to push in the lower half and twist the top to remove. Push the top down to secure. I would have gone with a proper thread mechanism to avoid spilling the bait and any dead fruit flies. Im used to apple cider vinegar, so it only smells when you get up close. The squeeze bottle with nozzle makes adding bait easy with out removing the top. Recommend for small infestations.

Works but has some design issues
I use this at my job. For some reason there are a lot of fruit flys. I don’t even eat or leave food at my desk. This product is great for attracting them but the new design isn’t as good as older design. The old design had one hole in middle and I would catch loads and it would last very long time. This new design has holes all over top which creates a few problems. 1. Flies rather sit on top then go in hole 2. The flies that do make it in one of the holes are able to escape through 1 of the many other holes 3. Since there are so many holes the solution inside evaporates at a much faster rate than the old design. I’m not sure why they messed with perfection. I don’t really care for these new ones but it’s the only mixture on the market that actually works. I hope they get enough complaints that they revert back to old style and fire the idiot who thought of this style change.

Terro Fruit Fly Trap
I suppose the quality rating would vary depending on the attributes you value most. The little traps are cute. Not unobtrusive given they are red, but they are tiny. The liquid seems to be a watered down apple cider vinegar, so it attracts the fruit flies. These traps are easy to use if you are tossing them when the job is done. They are, of course, disgusting if you want to clean and reuse them. In my case, the traps lasted just over a week before drying out. This is less than half the stated time to expect. So, if cute and tiny is your goal these work. If a fast job is all you need, these work. If you’re brining in fresh organic (not sprayed) foods from your garden and store, these won’t be enough at times. If you’re not ok with plastic waste these aren’t for you. My homemade traps have been working for over a year without a refill and reuse plastic water bottles I got from people I know. So the homemade versions win for me and I put those back in place.

Bueno para mosquitas
Sirve para mosquitas de fruta, lo compré esperando atrapara moscas grandes, seguiré en la búsqueda de otro producto (como leí en otro comentario si huele a vinagre, después probaré ponerle a ver si sigue atrapando)
