Yes. I am on my 3rd bottle and use it in conjunction with Apple Cider and ginger gummies. It has really helped the arthritis pain in my hands.

Why don't they explain what it helps? It's all about what it is not what it helps. Am I wrong!

I use it for arthritic pain. Tumeric is well known for decreasing inflamation. I use it (3 per day) along with Apple Cider Vinegar (from Hornbach brand from Amazon 2 per day) and it has completely taken the arthritic pain out of my hands. I had tried other things (even just Tumeric) and this product has been the one that has helped me the most. Hope this works for what you need it for. If you go to the internet and put in Tumeric it will tell you what it is good for. No, they don't tell you on Amazon website. At Amazon was also the best price for the amount in the bottle.

I want to know if it help to loss weigh?

I don’t use it for weight loss but it does help suppress your appetite. I use it for arthritis pain in my hands and it definitely helps that!
