What size (oz) is the measure cup on top? Say I neeeded 3.2 oz

It has numerous markings including 32 to 1 or 3.2 oz there is a graduated scale on the side, loosen the cap and squeeze gently until the desired amount is reached. Should you decide to go with this, I used a sharpie to highlight the markings to make then easier to read

How many gallons will this treat if one whole 16 oz bottle is used

I use 50:1. That takes 2 oz per gallon so I get 8 gallons per bottle. It is great having the squeeze section so you can precisely measure before filling gas can.

I have never used this before. Do i need to buy anything else for my trimmer?

I assume you have a 2 cycle trimmer. Read the manual on the correct oil/gas mixture. Most American built trimmers use a 40:1 or 50:1 mixture. 40:1 is 2.6 oz. per gallon. A little less oil if 50:1. Chinese 2 cycle motors still use 25:1 or 20:1 oil mixture. Use 5.1 oz. of oil per gallon of gas for 25:1 or a little more if 20:1 mixture.

Is 6 oz ok for my 80cc bike I have a 1 gal tank and I need 20:1 for after breaking in and 16:1 for breaking in need a response fast I need oil

you should just buy a ratio mix cup it has just about every mix ratio on it for 1,2,3,4,5 gal of gas. its the easiest way you just find how many gals of gas you are using at the top and there is a scale under it with all the ratios fill with oil to the right line and your ready to go. i use one for my 2 stroke rc trucks
