All you need it some nails or glue. **Q: How many wax coats is on this foundation ?** A: I assume the standard amount of wax coating is on these frames. If it were a heavy coating, they would surely advertise this. And also charge much more. If you want a heavier wax coding you can certainly do it yourself with a brush or a short paint roller. I've done this myself, and it is not difficult. **Q: Any idea where celltech foundation is made?** A: From what I can tell its just plastic with a thin wax coating.
