Great camera
Great camera easy to use. Use it this past weekend for a wedding. I was able to take some great photo. If you are looking for a camera for a beginner I would highly recommend the Nikon D3100.

Missing battery and charger
Have not received battery and charger that was supposed to come with it. Can't use if I don't have a battery

REEKS of cigarette smoke, missing body cap as promised!
This Nikon D3100 REEKS of cigarette smile. It is disgusting and if I can't get the smell out, sending back for a refund. This camera is NOT refurbished. It's used in good condition but not refurbished. Camera body arrived poorly packed a small bubble wrap bad with an old piece of bubble wrap thrown in the box. The camera body did not have a body cap as advertised and was left completely open in the unsealed small bubble wrap bag. Honestly, the only saving quality is the shutter count is only 872. But the price was easy over market value for a used Nikon D3100. I'm not happy!

I received your Nikon Camera -"renewed" wrapped in plastic wrapper - that was all - no charging cord - no instructions - I had to purchase the manual and charging cord - hope the camera works - the package could have been presented better but it taught me not to purchase any "renewed" items again - now I wonder if this message will have a reply ???
