She was so happy with it! I only had it engraved on two sides and it says her name on the front and a short (three words) message on the side. A note came with to remind wearer NOT to get sweat, soap, lotions and perfumes on it as this will tarnish the item. Which is typical even for a more popular brand that’s actually more expensive than this necklace was. However the OTHER company didn’t warn of this so I only found this out when I took an item in to have it cleaned. (they replaced it and THEN told me not to get those things on it) So I was impressed with them letting that be known. It was shipped in a pretty little blue box and came with a small cloth to polish it with.
