I use them only for sleeping. How long can you reuse them?

It is reusable. Always use it with clean & washed hands to avoid it being dirty. Replace it when it becomes dirty. The frequency of usage can be based on the application it is used, for eg. when used for sound reducing for meditation, Study, Loud noise events like concerts, marriage functions, traffic etc. When used for sleeping, it has to be used till it does not fall out during lying down or dirty. When used for sound reducing in industry or factory it has to be used till is not dirty. So it can be reused according to the purpose of usage.
