Almost good

I used the same model of AKG earphones for the past 2 years. Ordered these and the left earphone is much quieter than the right one. Might be a faulty pair. I honestly like these and I wish this pair wasn't faulty:(

Crap Don't work. Item Faulty. I want a refund. There were not cheap to purchase either. I am going to be raising a complaint to amazon as they arrived faulty and I want a refund.
