STOP !!! DO NOT BUY THIS OR ANYTHING FROM SIMBASHOPPING USA From what I can tell this company and owned and operated by one person – Marco. I bought an 8 foot table without side benches in green. The table comes shipped in a box on top of a wooden crate, upside down, with the accessories strapped down on the underneath of the table. When my item was delivered, I took the box top off to find some of the accessories had been moved around in shipping, causing one pool cue to break in half and several of the inside support “wooden” brackets to get chipped – see attached. Also, the bottom of the box got damaged in shipping, causing 3 tears in the table felt – see attached. I notified the company through Amazon. I was asked if I wanted a discount or return. I said return. And I was told to box it up. Since I already took everything apart, I said to give me until the weekend and I would rebox it. I assumed they meant they would be picking it up and refunding me since I received a damaged item. I WAS WRONG. When I notified the company, it was boxed up and ready to go, they told me to ship it back to them. On SEVERAL emails I explained how I was not paying hundreds of dollars to return something I received damaged and every time I was told “if you don’t like it, ship it back to us at …….”. I asked for a name and number of a manager to call, and once again I was told Ma’am, if you don’t like it, ….”. I asked to exchange only the damage items, I was ignore. I went to the company website, there is no number to call just an email address. I emailed it and was told to resolve my differences through Amazon. I notified the seller the wording on Amazon says they would exchange damaged items. I once again was told “if you don’t like it, ship it back to us at …..”. The next day that verbiage on Amazon was removed !! I gave up on the return and asked them if they would give me that discount they spoke of. They offered me a 3% discount. That would be about $60. When I was looking at minimum, having to replace the felt on the table, which is about $500, I told them I would not accept a 3% discount and it would have to be a minimum a 30% discount. I was hold they could only offer 3%. To which, I told them, I would see them in Florida court. I have also reported them to Amazon and to the Better Business Bureau. And in writing this and explaining my situation, I hope that no one else will buy form them again and have to deal with their abusive customer service and place the customer between a rock and a hard place. I mean, I received a damage item, showed them verification of it and the only solution was either to get a $60 discount or pay hundreds of dollars to return it. SAY NO MORE SALES FOR SIMBASHOPPING USA on AMAZON !!!!
