This shell pack includes a 22x18 kick drum, 16x13 floor tom, and two rack toms, all designed for optimal resonance and isolation, making it a must-have for serious drummers. ## Description In 2011, after 3 years of continuous research and dedication, Odery launched-in celebration of its 20th anniversary-a line with a sophisticated identity. We have years of experience making drums according to our strict quality standards, and we love what we do. Eyedentity reflects all of this love and care. Eyedentity Series brings you: hardware with a clean design, unique woods, shells with a different number of plies and thicknesses, and, thanks to our longstanding partnership, Evans drum heads. This set is made from 50% Bubinga and 50% Sapele--a combination that provides excellent projection and a powerful sound. The configuration of the plies sandwiches the Sapele plies between the Bubinga plies . This shell pack is in the Explosion finish and has a deep gloss finish. This kit uses Odery's signature approach of varying the thickness of the plys in the drum for the best sonic properties. The toms are all 6 ply with a total thickness of 6mm. The bass drum is 8 ply and also uses the thin/thick/thin approach for a final thickness of 8.4mm. The hoops are triple flanged and the bearing edges are cut to emulate the proprietary approach employed in the high-end custom drums from Brazil. Finally, the set is finished with Evans single ply heads (coated batter and clear resonant) on the toms and Evans EQ4 Clear (batter) and EQ3 (Black/Resonant) on the bass drum. ## Features - 50% Bubinga (outer plies) and 50% Sapele (inner plies) yields an agressive, powerful sound with excellent projection. - 10x7 tom, 12x7.5 tom, 16x13 floor tom, 22x18 kick (2" deeper kick yields a deep, powerful bass tone) - Floating tom mount system for improved resonance and isolation.
