EXCELLENT so far!!!! I was a little skeptical to buy these. I have an extreme case of over-pronating. It's so bad that every medical pair of orthopedic insoles I've had made don't work because the edge pushes into the side of my foot causing extreme pain. I'm waiting for, yet another pair specifically made for me & in the meantime I saw these. The reviews were good & so I gave it a shot. I can usually tell within a few steps if they'll work. I was pleasantly surprised by how good my feet felt, especially the right. They are giving enough support to keep ankle from rolling inwards to much. I am wearing them all day today, so far so good. My left arch is hurting a little, but that's mostly from not having used any shoes in the house. I think I will be purchasing a second pair. I really like that they are not full foot so it gives me more options as to what shoe I want to wear.

These are strong and high arch supports. I would give them six stars if they were full length but I can only find them in 3/4 length. I tried another brand that was full length but I returned them and I will order a 2nd pair of these. They really help my arches

I’ve had horrendous plantar fasciitis for the last few months, to the point that I’m limping every morning and by the end of most days. I’ve tried several different types of inserts and these are by far the best. Because they’re made of solid material, they’re very sturdy and supportive. I have high arches, and every other insert has been too soft to offer adequate support. By the end of the day, my feet are sore, but not in excruciating pain anymore. The only reason I rated them 4 instead of 5 stars is that they feel just barely too long and they can’t exactly be adjusted. I wear a size 7 1/2 in women’s shoes, and the arch support on these is ever so slightly too far forward on my foot. Not enough to stop using them, just enough to be noticeable and a little annoying.

I over pronate pretty bad-which is caused a lot of problems with my knee and lower back when I’m on my feet a lot these days. I have inserts and pretty much every pair of shoes that I wear except my Birkenstocks. I put these in Samba’s before a day trip to NYC. I was skeptical about using new inserts for such a long day and I brought my old inserts with me. A few hours and I was feeling good but decided to put my old inserts in just in case and I actually went back to the new ones and they were fantastic!

These definitely have a high arch which I need. They work well and I use them in my running shoes. I have purchased 2 pair at this point and plan to purchase others as needed. I give them 5 stars for comfort and the high arch.

Good quality, comfortable, fit well, and stable. Hard and not flimsy. Good arch stability but I just noticed the heightened arch area is not fully solid on underside for support. Puts strain on ankle after using a few days & ankle sore. Felt like strain after wearing high heels. Not for use in dainty dress shoes but good for stable shoes and sneakers etc.

Only got one pair. I have a bad case of Supination. These inserts fixed my Supination within minutes legs and back were sore for about a day or two. Walking much better no with no pain anywhere. The price for these even for one pair. If I would of gotten both pair I would definitely give 5 stars. You should definitely try these.

Don’t know if it’s suitable for everyone but it helps me. Not perfect but it’s better than nothing. When wearing they come up in the middle and that hurts after while.

Había probado un montón de plantillas y estas me ayudan a levantar el arco porque son super rígidas, lo que hace que mi fascitis me de tregua. Me han llegado hoy. Me las he puesto hoy pero de tooodo lo probado hasta ahora me ha ido el dia bastante mejor. Veremos cuanto duran : )
