Great Multi-Vitamins!
Great energy level, and digestion had no issues. Value for money is subpar but worth it cause it is pretty natural compared to other brands and has pretty good ingredients!

Pretty good but some concerns
Crazy amount of B vitamins! Urine is Florescent yellow despite drinking plenty of water throughout the day. Energy levels are high and the ingredients seem to be high quality.
