Stopped meds 4 years ago but lung damage remains. I've tried 2 other well recommended lung supplements and they help with the coughing up of phlegm but no apparent help with the shortness of breath and may have caused my blood pressure, usually normal, to be higher. After 5 days I could sense a difference. After two weeks I'm sure it's helping a lot. I've gone from being totally out of breath and exhausted after leaning over to clean out a cat pan. This morning I did all my usual a.m. chores then later I went into the garage and rolled up 3 rugs to go to Good Will. Leaning over, lifting heavy rugs, rolling them, etc. and I only had a little bit of increase in my breathing. For me, at least, this stuff works. I was about to give up hope.
