will this work with asrock b360m ib-r1 ?

Right now it will only work with b550 and x570 chipsets. In January they will have the bios update for the b550. Unless something changes I do not think it will work on 300 series chipsets

Does x mean it has integrated gpu? if not which cpu's have the integrated video? and can they play hdr?

This does not. Ryzen CPUs with an integrated video usually have a G in their name. Like the Ryzen 5 5600G. If you can't find it on Amazon, you can go straight to AMD's website.

What's the trick the ordering one of these? when in stock, i cannot add to cart or use buy now feature.
