I'm using this to fill a crack in a hot water boiler. There'll be about 12 lbs of pressure on it, and between 120-180 degrees F. Will this work?

I have used this on the inside of pool pump housing that are made of fiberglass and it sealed the tiny crack perfectly and has held for almost two years now. Not sure if I would use it if any of that water is going to consumed by human or animals. Your sealing the outside of a tank, so rough it up good to give it something to hold onto and it should be fine..

Can you paint over before it's fully cured?

You can paint over most everything but will the paint stay is the true question. I would not try painting over the Epoxy until fully cured and lightly sanded. Sanding give it a slight rough texture for the paint to stick to. Epoxy putty cures in 24 hr.

Can this be used to adhere mosaics?

PC-7 Epoxy works on many different substrates, including glass and ceramics. Depending on how you do your mosaics it should work great, the only problem might be the thickness of the epoxy paste. It has a consistency like cold peanut butter, but that also helps it adhere in vertical applications.

Will this product secure threaded rod in concrete for a heavy duty flag pole in winds up to 100 MPH?
