I had concerns, I'll admit. My "A" key and "F" keys had come loose/off and they were a force to deal with for the last month - and to boot the Apple Store was backed up to 2025 due to "Covid". I dont like taking on tasks when it comes to the macbook, but replacing the keys was literally a snap (full pun intended). Literally, I just pushed lightly and they snapped into place with ease. Issue over!

Perfect! I had a key on my 2017 MacBook Pro stop working normally and then sort of just come unhinged. I watched videos and how to replace it. I ordered this key set (it comes laid out like a QWERTY keyboard unlike others who sell them in a sack all jumbled). I popped the old key off and laid the new one in. It types just like the original. Thank you!

The non OEM is a bit thinner and color is slightly off. They worked perfectly fine and also have longer hinges to avoid early failure compared to OEM.

The little tool is super useful. They keys look and feel like the originals.

The machining and quality is not as high as what Apple uses for their stock keyboards, but these do work to replace missing keys. They may feel slightly different to the touch, but an observer would not be able to tell it is a replacement.

Two keys were broken. Overall experience is good though.
