contrary to what others say, this is well made and very smooth to use, I have used others in gyms and this is superior as the handle bar also twists, and in the opposite direction. someone said in a feedback that the locking knob keeps working loose, it just needs to be screwed tighter !

I’ve only used it a couple of times so far, but it was easy to set up and easy to use. I bought the folding (deluxe) design when It was in a flash sale and cost less than the original. I’m glad I did as it’s folded footprint is very small, especially when compared to when it is unfolded. Having seen the difference, for me the folding version would be worth the extra cost.

I’m no youngster but I found it easy to assemble, quite sturdy and easy ish to use. Hopefully it’ll do the job of getting me fitter

I knew I needed to do something to help get rid of my stomach and waistline after lockdowns especially seeing I hate walking. This is actually working and I can still look out my window or watch the telly. One extra bonus I’ve noticed is my back muscles are also being worked. I’m only doing 15 minutes a day at the moment as it has been 2 years of not doing anything. So highly recommend this for anyone who like me wants to start a light exercise inside and actually feel it working. Only one minor issue the grasp handles squeak and are a bit small especially if you have long nails.

This us a rubbish twist and shape the bottom knob keep loosing all the time and you have to tighten it all the time by using this machine once the know dropped out This twist and shape is useless The one before this was nonfoldable and was very comfortable to use it I am.looking for nonfoldable Can we have nonfoldable twist and shape back again nonfoldable was much better It is very dangerous to use this foldable twist and shape as the bottom knob keep coming out ay one can hurt them self

I really enjoy this, I have not exercised in a long time and bought this hoping to get my waste line back and thinking this looked quite easy and yes it is easy but much harder work than I was expecting, it really works the legs so it does more than I thought. It's one flaw is that the bottom bolt comes loose all the time so the stick you use to twist is not secure so you are constantly having to tighten it up. Watching the DVD, it appears the ones the demonstrators use do not have the bottom bolt. It is useful that it folds up easily but the price you pay is that the device looses some of its functionality. Personally I would prefer it to work better. I will persevere with it as I am hopeful that it will help me start to exercise again and hopefully assist in getting more toned. Overall I am happy with it, just wish the stick element would not come loose all the time.

ITS JUST A BIT LOOSE AT THE BOTTOM, DOSENT STOP THE EXCERCISE WORKING.

From time to time the squeaks sound starts to become annoying, I think this is a good product in its unique design, and easy workout. Just the wear and tear starts sooner than expected for how much you pay for it.
