We have been using this supplement for many years. It is a great source of B12 especially for those who have a vegan lifestyle who need to get their Vitamin B12 from sources other than meats. Yup! It actually tastes decent. It is not that chalky and it is supposed to taste like Cherry. . .I can't really tell if it tastes like cherry but it does taste decent. I've had other dissolvable vitamins that were like eating chalk and did not want to take it after that first time. And since I've gotten this, I am going to say that I do not mind taking this daily which is important as there are some vitamins that I did not want to take daily and if you are going to buy vitamins, you need to make sure that you will take it. I'm not sure if it is absorbing well BUT I can say that I do feel a difference in my energy levels. It might be my subconscious playing tricks on me but hey I do feel more energetic which is a huge plus for me as I am suffering from Fibromyalgia and my energy levels can be very low at times.

They're easy to take. Just slip one under your tongue and it dissolves in a minute or less. It tastes pleasant enough. I can't tell definitively if it makes a difference in how I feel. I'd like to say it does and I have less tendon pain in my arms from a musician's overuse injury I've dealt with for years but as with many supplements, it's difficult to really pin down improvements in my health to a specific cause. While that isn't the kind of answer you're probably looking for in a review, I do recommend this Deva B-12 supplements to others and I will be purchasing more of them when this batch runs out. I like how easy it is to take, that it's vegan, is meant to work quickly, and are small so I can fit a lot of them in a small, portable container to keep in my bag for daily use.

I have a genetic condition (APOE 4/4) which prevents me from being able to use "regular" vitamin B - in foods or standard 'multivitamin' type supplements because my body doesn't 'methylate' natural vitamin B like it should. But this easy to use (dissolves under your tongue) supplement makes all the difference in the world because it has already been methylated! The taste is fine, too (it doesn't have a 'medicine-y' taste). I also trust the Deva brand as I believe they use proper ingredients and follow industry standards. (And these days, that is important!) But don't just trust a random reviewer - you can research for yourself. I love it when I find a manufacturer I can trust!

I’ve been taking these vitamins for a few months and my levels improved quite a bit. My levels before were around 500 and after taking these went up to 1300.

I take 1-2 of these each day. They’re small chewable and taste good. My Dr. wants me to cut back on my coffee intake so I’m taking these and wow!! They give me natural energy with no jitters or caffeine crash after. I’m able to focus more easily during my day and don’t get any mid-afternoon slumps. I would definitely recommend these if you’re looking for some natural energy during your day. And I’m just recovering from having covid so sorry if I sound like a 70 year old truck driver in my video 😹😹😹✌🏼
