**Q: Will this work in sheet protectors? Will it paste in sheet protectors?**
A: Yes.  I have used them on heavyweight sheet protectors.  They do stick to them.

**Q: Are these flexible or stiff? I need stiff....**
A: I would say flexible. It isn't paper thin but less weight than a standard business card.

**Q: Would these tabs work for a cookbook to mark my favorite recipes?**
A: I don't think they would work to mark your favorite recipes. I think they are too large and heavy for cookbook pages. You might want to see what kinds of ideas are on Pinterest since we all have our own methods of recipe organization.
