What's the best way to remove the batteries? The first (bottom) battery is easy to remove but the second (top) battery is a bit of a challenge.

We are having issues with mics 5 and 7 they keep popping. How can we fix this issue?

First try fresh batteries. Also try operating each individually to make sure the signal from another mic is not the same. Lastly check for digital interference such as cell phones or older neon lights. If the problem still persists, the bikes are shot.

Is the ptu4000a unit powered by batteries only or ac power? if ac, can it be connected to 200/220v power source.
