What is the difference between this gdp & cdp choline? it's shows that both are commonly bought together yet both are sources of choline. help!!

Pro: ALPHA-GPC s (usually) cheaper and is the most-recomended choline source for a racetam stack. Con: ALPHA-GPC IS NOT RECOMMENDED if you suffer IBD, especially BAD FOR ULCERATIVE COLITIS! With ulcerative colitis and taking CDP / CITICOLINE , I have suffered no flare-ups.

How large is this capsule? I have trouble swallowing.

Its pretty small not that large about the size of penny in length and a quarter of a penny in width in my apoinion the actually do work took about 3 days to actually notice myself remember, thinking, and focusing better

Why do the ingredients inside the capsule smell/taste like nail polish remover or paint thinner?

High concentration extracts and aminos typically have that smell

What is this derived from? If from soy, and not so labeled, these manufacturers have violated the law

We too have to avoid soy and have used this product for several years now. The label on the bottle reads as such-CDP Choline (Citicoline)----300mg. Other Ingredients: Gelatin (capsules), Cellulose, Silicon Dioxide. I have never received a bottle of this product containing any soy or soy byproducts. Hope that helps.
