When I contacted the company that shipped it to me, about how to get it repaired they never contacted me back. It broke because the hair got tangle around the beater bar and made the bearings freeze and then broke the belt. This Vaccum has a poor design. My husband fixed it and said there is too much space between the bearing and the beater bar and it will do it again. There was not alot of hair that caused this to break either. It now will not self propel any more.
