My son is on 1 year with this chair. He loves it. Unfortunately, he leaned back with it a few too many times and snapped the plastic by the wheels, luckily we were able to find a replacement piece on Amazon that worked perfect. This chair is worth the price, my son loves it and was easy to ensemble. Aside from the snapping plastic, it is very durable and the fabric looks as great as it did when we bought it (and he sits in this chair daily).

For starters, this was shipped and delivered fast!! Which was awesome because I wanted to get it before my sisters birthday. I was originally a bit skeptical and unsure as to how hard it was going to be to set up the chair and make sure it was sturdy enough. This chair was super easy to put together, it came with the screw driver and extra screws and bolts incase anything went missing. I had no issues getting the chair set up and was able to recline it all the way back without being worried if it was going to fall apart or worse case scenario, break. Very comfortable. I was a bit confused on the foot rest part of the chair but managed to get it put on correctly. My sister loves the chair alot, including the massage pillow!! If you’re debating on buying it, ITS WORTH THE MONEY!! And the chair came with the rabbit ears too super cute!!

I ordered 2 chairs from different sellers before this one and neither came so I needed something fast. I received this chair in 2 days. Instructions were huge poster sized and easy to follow. All the screws were already installed so it was easier to see where everything went. It’s pretty comfortable with adjustable pillows and the footrest is a nice touch. The material isn’t leather but it doesn’t appear cheap. However it doesn’t recline as far back as the photo suggests. It’s still comfortable but I was expecting a farther recline. The footrest while a decent length feels a little flimsy. While the chair feels sturdy I’m unsure of why the bottom doesn’t attach better. You can just pick it up off the hydraulic bottom and you have to stand up to raise the chair back up. Not a big deal just slightly inconvenient. All in all I’m please for the price so far.

Easy to put together and it is made well very good quality everything works good on it I'll ad pictures later on

This chair is GREAT!!! the only complaint I have is one of the arms did not screw in properly but that could just be me🤣. The instructions are colored and easy to read, I also appreciate that the screws are pre screwed in!!!. All and all you can’t beat this chair for the price❤️❤️❤️

Short Review: Looks great, but terrible (the worst) customer service for a basic issue that is not 24/7 as advertised, reclines at max 120° (measured with a goniometer), tray coming apart before 1 week of use, massage pillow is just sound, lumbar and neck pillows don't hold their shape. Long Review: I bought this chair because it looked great and promised 150° of recline. While it did look great and the instructions were easy to follow, that is where the pros stopped and I ended up having to return this. Now - I buy everything I own on Amazon, and I have never once written a one star review. I rate what I buy 4-5 stars or I leave it be most of the time. But, dealing with this chair and customer service has been the most frustrating experience over the last week (See attached image). First, it comes no where near reclining to what it's marketed to. After measuring, it goes to barely 120° which is not nearly close enough to recline enough. Since this was a major reason I bought the chair, it's a big reason I chose to return it. Next, it's incredibly poorly structured. I like a firm chair, but this chair holds a misshapen form with less than one week of very rare use. Really, the neck pillow is already crooked and dented and is difficult to reshape and the material is creased permanently. This is a short chair. I'm 5'8" and 160 lbs and even I found this chair small. Finally, the customer service is just lazy. Do I even need to explain the picture attached? "Hey, is there a way I can fix the chair if it's not reclining all the way? Otherwise, I will return it because I just bought this." "Well since you can still sit in it, how about $5?" ...what. Also, the "24-7" support will only message one time per day at 3am on weekdays (2nd Pic).

no complaints so far, plus the main chair pillow vibrates and i didn’t expect that so it’s a plus.

Reasonably good for the price, but doesn't last: after 3 years the foam padding of the seat is pretty flat, the armrests are starting to go ( they bend and feel like they could snap off if I put to much pressure on them), and the pleather is flaking, pealing, and outright tearing. I'm not a big guy; only about 120lb, so anyone bigger would wear it out faster for sure. The massaging pad is a neat feature, but poorly implemented: it has no controls, at all, not even an on/off switch; to turn it on you plug it in, to turn it off you unplug it. The power cord has a USB slot on the end, and it doesn't come with a block to go into an outlet. The novelty wore off quickly and has gone largely unused

The chair is very comfortable! its the first time i get to have my very own gaming chair (actually its the first time i have a comfortable chair at all) and it feels great. Assembling it was easy and fast, we did it in less than 30 minutes. I ordered this chair last week and it got broken in the transport, amazon told me and i got a refund very fast! then i ordered it again and it came super fast. I think this chair is gonna be a great asset for gaming AND zoom classes. I spent the whole night on it watching stranger things and my back is not in pain at all and TRUST ME, its very rare! Anyway, i recommend it warmly! good chair for a good price.

É bonitinha e fácil de montar, eu comprei a azul mas depois me perguntaram se eu poderia trocar a cor pois o estoque da azul tinha acabado e eu optei pela roxa. Eles enviaram todos os parafusos e duas ferramentas para montagem da cadeira, no entanto, ao montar percebi que uma das almofadas veio com um rasgo, e algumas partes da cadeira estavam sujas, parece que a cadeira estava em exposição.

The chair is super cute and comfy, the sellers are really helpful and showed fast support too. Definitely a good purchase

Not the same as the picture. Its the Furgle gaming chair in pink. I still like the product but I'm sad it doesn't have bunny ears and it doesn't have the massager pillow, I was really excited about those two features the most. It would've been better if the picture was the Furgle pink chair so I wouldn't have different expectations and feel scammed. I would've given a full 5 star if the product listing pictures was the Furgle chair.

The picture and photo don't match; there are no rabbit ears, and the color is different. This is a $210 chair, but the workmanship is very rough, and it even has a hole. Buy with caution.
