These weights are a must if you are going to ferment anything in wide mouth jars. They are easy to sterilize. There is a knob on top that aids in easy removal after the fermentation is complete. They came packaged in a box with a close cell foam insert that can be used to store them in. Five stars for these weights in my opinion.

These are perfect. Nice quality, hefty weight, and just the right size. No complaints. Oh and they’re pretty durable… I may or may not have dropped one in the floor taking it out of the box and it held up fine lol.

I bought these to weigh down my sauerkraut . This was my first time trying to make it. They seem to be doing great. They are easy to put into the jars with the handle or knob whatever you want to call it. The knob made it easy for me to get it out when I needed to check the progress of the sauerkraut fermentation. They are easy to clean and store nicely back in the box they came in. I will definitely be buying more in the future for other fermenting ideas.

I like this product, good weight to them and do a good job of keeping the food submerged. However, once the top gets wet is is very hard to pick up. They just want to slip right back into the jar...

T this is a great product if it's nicely in most jars it's natural it has durability and sustainability heavy enough to hold down what you are fermenting it looks like a cap that goes in your jar to hold things down the fit is perfect for most jars.

Great design, which is easy to handle especially with it's knob. A standardized size so, it fits all my wide mouth jars so-far! The product is tough and durable, the knob and weight is a decent size that gives a for a good grip for easy removal and the price was to die for!

These work perfect for all my fermenting. I will definitely buy again.

These arrived on time and are very nicely made, sturdy and smooth and heavy. The little knobs on the lid make them easy to grab and lift out of the jar. I am happy I bought these as there were many to choose from. The price was great as well!
