0.38 mm nib of my dreams. Ink flow is smooth and consistent, no thick splodgy scrawls. Excellent for my cursive penmanship, which can be as illegible as a gerbils dirty scratchings to both others and myself when using anything larger than 0.25mm. Vision loss no longer need be a risk when having to decipher my handwriting. Never thought I’d write clearly again after Muji discontinued their extra fine tip. Hooray. Thank you Uniball.

This is exactly what I wanted and I have not been disappointed.

Good construction, writes a crisp fine line without skipping. Very slightly scratchy writing experience but this is typical for such small nib sizes. Very good for technical drawing or fine shading

I like the tiny ball point but the pen doesn’t feel great to use if it was any more expensive I’d have returned it but not worth it given the cost. Good value for money in terms of the pen but wouldn’t recommend if you care about the feel. There are much better alternatives for a slight increase in price. I would avoid and go cheaper if you don’t care about feel or more expensive if you do

Decent thin line but can be a bit patchy when writing.

It is a superb pen but Unfortunately for me the pen wrote a little scratchy. That could be just a one-off but I sent it back. I believe that most people will find this a wonderful pen so I wouldn't be put off by this review. I think in my situation it was purely a one-off situation.

5 stars to the seller, to those in delivery, and to the Uni Jetstream edge pen! I love the .28 nib! I am excited about this pen on every facet! It’s smooth fine line, feel of the road. It is like an expensive sports car ride. You will always get a smoother write, most of the time from a 1.0. I consider 1.0’s like the smooth ride of a big Cadillac or Lincoln. This pen’s feel and 0.28 mm nib offer a smooth write with also the light feel of the road that adds better control for a better legible write. A most excellent pen. You will always see me carrying this and the Signo 0.28 in my pocket! The ones to beat, in my opinion. I cannot wait to try out the Edge 3 which offers multi colors - a pen I use much in the field of my work!

If not, please buy them and try - they are a delight to write with. About this pen - its a niche product with very fine tip (0.28 mm). Therefore the USP of this pen is its fine writing. And that's what you should buy it for. The weight is well distributed, the bottom being heavier that the top. And its very comfortable to hold. Pros Writers very smooth, like butter. The fine tip is a delight for those looking for a unique writing experience. Uniball quality shines through - as I said, they are world leaders in pens Cons The pen writes best at a particular angle; so you have to adjust accordingly. Like many ball pens, it takes a day or two to catch up and become smooth. Before that, you require patience. After that, its a joy to write! Since its a niche product, refill availability will be a problem. I plan to buy some from Amazon and stock up. Price is high - but its a niche product, not your regular 10-rupaye-wala-ball-pen-available-at-nukkad-shop. So if you know what you are getting into, buy it, give it a few days and enjoy the ride! Imagine the pen being an orchid - requires care and watering and will wither away in harsh conditions; but when it blooms, its a joy to watch! This is not for everyone but if you appreciate hair thin lines then you will freaking love this pen. I received it and have barely let it out of my sight since. I love love love the super fine line of the .28. I tend to write with my pen in a more upright position — more like a sumi brush than a ballpoint — so for me this pen works very well. If you tend to hold your pens at a more acute angle to the page you may find it a bit skippy. 100% would buy again — new fav pen for sure.
