I used it over bathroom tiles and it seems water resistant (I sealed the edges around the sink). I probably wouldn’t recommend it for areas with heavy water exposure like a shower, but elsewhere it works really well. Overall, it offers great value for money, is simple to apply with a bit of patience, easy to clean and gives a smooth finish with minimal bubbles.
