I love love love Quest bars for their nutritional and protein content, but most of the flavors are so cloyingly sweet, I can't deal with them on a regular basis.This is why I keep on coming back to the Lemon Cake flavor. It's still sweet, but not overly so. It doesn't have any coating, for one. (The "drizzle" on top of the bar is just part of the shape.) And rather than "chocolaty" chips, it's got pieces of crust-like stuff, to mimic a cake I suppose.I eat Quest bars often. Usually one a day, either for breakfast or a snack. Very handy to keep in my purse or luggage, more filling than one would expect. I love the protein kick as well.I would LOVE if Quest made more bars in this vein, instead of trying to replicate the latest chocolate-coconut-fudge-cookie dough concoction to go viral on Instagram. Leckerer Riegel mit leichter ZitronennoteSchmeckt überraschend gut – zwar merkt man eine leichte künstliche Note, aber insgesamt ist der Geschmack angenehm und nicht zu süß. Der Riegel macht gut satt und eignet sich perfekt als Snack nach dem Training oder für zwischendurch.
