Why all of sudden can't you ship this to my address in CA? It's a bit of paper rolled into a tube, no legitimate reason for there to be a restriction.

This is randomly now happening for me in IL too. Seems like all smoke products too.

Why is the "watermark" not visible on these (I bought a 50 pack earlier in the month)?
