I ordered this for my husband and his hat collection. He wears quite a few as he always has a cap on and they get dirty the more he wears them. He works in a lumber mill, so around dust all day. Very easy to put together and snap his caps right in it. I didn’t think it was very sturdy, but it went in the washer just fine and didn’t break. The plastic material is of good quality as to my surprise it held up in the washing machine just fine! It’s very functional and easy to place the caps right in it, snap it shut, toss it in the washer and it comes out with the shape still intact and clean. You get a great value for the price. I’d say the price point is right on the dot.

These are the perfect hat washing cages. They function perfectly. I am an entrepreneur with businesses in many different fields. Due to this, I have custom apparel hats. When I wash them with these hat cages, the designs stay in tact. I really like that the cages get zipped into the cloth piece ensuring there are no missing parts, and providing ease of use. Some of the hats I have are embroidered, and some are glued on. This hat cage plus the cloth holding the hat cage, ensure that my hats get washed thoroughly and without harm to design/logo. 100% recommend.

I picked up the Eiito Hat Washer Cage because my family has a mix of baseball caps that always seem to get dirty, but I hated risking them in the washing machine and coming out bent or misshaped. This cage is a simple but clever solution. The hat snaps in securely, and the frame holds its form well during a wash. I tried it both in the dishwasher and in the washing machine, and it worked best for me in the dishwasher on the top rack. The hats came out clean and, most importantly, kept their shape. The plastic feels sturdy enough for repeated use, and it fits both adult and kids’ caps without an issue. That said, it can be a little tricky at first to snap the hat in if you’re dealing with a stiffer brim. Once you get the hang of it, though, it’s straightforward. This product won’t magically make an old, stained hat look brand new, but it’s an inexpensive and effective way to freshen up caps while protecting their structure. For households with kids or anyone who wears hats daily, it’s a very useful tool to have around.

Hats wash nicely in the washer and do not get distorted. It's easy to use, you place your hat over plastic piece, insert it in the mesh lining, zip it up, wash on a gentle cycle and I always air dry afterwards. The hat washer is sturdy and it's space saving. It has held up for 10 + washes so far. I'm going to order another one for the convenience of washing more than one at a time.

as a golfer in Texas who sweats a lot, i wreck hats pretty easily. i had been putting hats in the washer and just not drying them, having to reshape them as the washer would twist them up pretty good. This is the solution. Keeps hat in tact. after wash, now I just hang up the hat to dry. works great! would buy again and thinking of buying a 2nd one. Really happy about this purchase.

The starting marks on the cages didn't match up with the instructions, nor did they match up with each other (one was on a curved arm.) The starting mark on the base is on the left front side. Also, the locking grooves on the cage interior are narrower than on the outside of the cage. After some trial and error I figured it out. The narrow grooves should be on the inside of the cage for a firm lock. Lay the cage out flat with the two straight arms making an "X" and the two curved arms to each side. Then use the top left straight arm as the starting point to insert into the forward left marked hole on the base. Beware - once the arm is locked in the hole it is very difficult to remove. I had to use an eyeglass screwdriver to pry open the lock, slipped, and almost stuck myself in the palm with it. Other than that, it works well. We'll see how many washes it will hold up for.

Muy util y firme, solo no me di cuenta al comprarlos que uno es para tamaño adulto y otro para tamaño niño. Tambien seguir las instrucciones para abrirlos y cerrarlos (parecería obvio pero sí es importante para no forzarlos) y usar un ciclo de ropa delicada en la lavadora, hasta ahora no se han abierto pero por si acaso engancho el seguro de la gorra en ellos para que no se suelte tan facil

Just got these 2 plastic hat washer things.. used them today to wash 2 hats in my DISHWASHER and they worked great! I took them out of the machine and left the hats in the cages to let them air dry so they dont lose there shape. So far so good. I will update the review tomorrow when I remove them from the cages.

One day shipping and item is awesome

Waste of money. First gentle wash and it’s already bent. Didn’t even keep my cap safe - now has loads of creases in it.
