As for a tarp or sunshade, definitely will fit kids. **Q: What are the dimensions of the poncho when layer out flat?** A: It is six foot square. All Soviet ponchos are the same size. Sometimes there is a bit of confusion about this because other countries with similar ponchos would make a large and a small size, but not Russia.
