It is sturdy and handles the weight well, there is a slight slag when the arm is extended but still very stable.I would give 5 stars except for:- One of the circular tablet holders was missing a clear plastic pad. It doesn't affect how it holds the tablet since that area doesn't touch the device, but visually all the other holders have their plastic pad :(- Also for use around a bed I wish that vertical pole was slightly longer, and the arm had a few more inches of reach.
