1400W 12V 24V Wind Solar Power System : 10 pcs 100W Poly Solar Panels + 400W Wind Turbine Generator for Farm Home Cabine RV Off Grid

I was very happy to see this package deal, the price was right and shipping time looked reasonable, so I placed the order. The 1st issue was a fraud Alert with my bank. Once this issue was cleared up and I authorized the payment. The began The shipping nightmare, wrong tracking/missing tracking numbers/ tracking numbers for other people. No One could find my Packages, Imagine the anxiety as my bank originally stopped the payment due to a fraud Alert. The shipping was way past its due date, I thought I got ripped off and was starting the process of getting a refund, even had the Amazon A2Z team start a investigation into where my packages where. Finely just like magic the day My refund was to be approved and sent back to my bank, my packages where found and delivered. Now for the Product, I was truly amazed at how well built everything was, considering the money I paid for it. The wind turbine casing I expected to be some cheep plastic, and was very pleased to see it was made from metal. Everything about was very Heavy Duty. The Solar Panels appeared to be also constructed very well, however I was upset that such a complete kit didn't come with any hardware to mount the panels. The Panels in low light where still putting out full power, and the cables appeared to be made well, but how they weather is still yet to be determined. All in All if they can get the shipping right I would recommend this product to anyone thinking about starting out with Off Grid Power. Very Simple set up, instructions where understandable. I'm giving a 5 star due out standing service by the Amazon tech and the Company who replied back every time we reach out to them.. And the Quality was better then I expected. Again the only real issue was shipping.

After purchase was contacted that the suppliers was swapping panels to flexible panels. The panels have "fogged" over and barely generate the advertised amps. They simply are poor quality. The wind turbine only spins in very high winds. Not a good design. Don't purchase this set of items.

The panels push out 21.6 volts and not the stated 12v so make sure your charge controller can handle it. Also the charge controllers in the photo are not the ones you actually get and they only handle 12 and 24 volts. And last but not least the whole nd hybrid controllers did not compete me in the package. I had to buy my own LPPT w/ wind charger and had to buy large resistor to handle braking of the windmill once batteries to get full charge. Other than these issues, I only have 6 of the 12 panels I bought and it handles my fridge without any issues. I am off grid.

we received our solar kit way before we were ready to put it up, then discovered one panel was broken, I emailed them and got help right away, and the panel was replaced, very good customer service, also it didn't really come with any instruction, I emailed again, and they were very helpful, got what I needed and will probably purchase another for a different project, I would definitely recommend, thank you!

Every peice came at different times most had damage. The windmill has never made any power.i have 3 ather solar panels that make more power than there 4. The installation guide was for a different windmill. Ever time I ask for technical support I get the run around. The only way to contact the is thow a message serves. Don't waste your time or money

Ordered it for our new build , was going to use it temporarily for rv boondocking but we can’t even get it to work

Product arrived in multiple shipments. Worked well but controller stpped working after 3 months. Seller responded right away and have promised to send a new one. It will probably take at least 2 weeks so we can't use the solar panels until received. Appreciate their quick response. Will update review once I receive the replacement controler.

The solar panels were slow to come and one dose not match the other three ,that dose not seem to hurt anything ,I have it hooked to 4 29dc batteries and a 1500 w inverter’s with three 110 outlets and it works awesome ,Thank you !

Arrived in 3 packages, not all on the same date. If you know how this all works, it is easy to set up and get it running. However the instructions for both the turbine and the panels are essentially incomprehensible. Having them in Chinese might be easier to understand as I don't read or speak Chinese!
