Can this cook steak and chicken please?

No reason why not. I would use the flat ribbed trays, keeping a careful eye on the chicken turning frequently. I imagine they would cook quite quickly. A probe thermometer would be a good idea as well.

What size are the removable plates

22cm X 26cm It’s a good machine but it takes 10 minutes to get a properly cooked waffle.

What size are the individual wafles please?

They are rectangular and a decent size .. similar to size of waffles you can buy in stores
