Decent tasting, calorie-dense, could be more convenient
Tastes fine. Dissolves well. Sweet, obviously, but not too sickly. Carries a ton of energy for the recommend dilution (e.g Enervit 65g serving/ 244kcal per 500ml, vs High5 benchmark 47g/175kcal per 500ml). That does mean that this 650g tub only makes 10 servings (5l) of drink though. It’s a shame this isn’t available in handy sachets, and the 65ml scoop is big, so you need a wide-necked bidon else it goes everywhere.

90g di energia pulita TOP!
Da quando ho scoperto Enervit Isocarb C2:1PRO, le mie uscite lunghe in bici sono cambiate radicalmente. Questa bevanda energetica isotonica, sviluppata in collaborazione con i top team del ciclismo professionistico come UAE Team Emirates e Lidl Trek, mi permette di mantenere energie costanti anche durante sessioni che superano le tre ore, senza mai avvertire cali improvvisi o problemi intestinali. La formula innovativa combina maltodestrine AGENANOVA DE1 e fruttosio in rapporto 2:1, consentendo al mio organismo di assorbire fino a 90g di carboidrati all’ora, superando il classico limite dei 60g tipico di altri integratori. Preparo la mia borraccia sciogliendo 2 misurini in 500ml di acqua per ottenere esattamente 60g di carboidrati, oppure 3 misurini in 750ml per arrivare a 90g quando prevedo sforzi particolarmente intensi. Il gusto Mild Lemon è delicato e mai stucchevole, perfetto per essere bevuto ripetutamente senza provocare nausea, grazie anche all’assenza totale di coloranti, edulcoranti e aromi artificiali. La dolcezza è contenuta e naturale, cosa che apprezzo tantissimo durante le salite impegnative. Inoltre, la solubilità è ottima: si scioglie istantaneamente senza grumi, anche con acqua fredda. Il vero punto di forza per me è l’assenza di disturbi gastrici: anche spingendo duro, non ho mai avuto crampi o gonfiore, segno che il rapporto 2:1 glucosio-fruttosio funziona davvero. La presenza di tiamina (vitamina B1) e sodio completa il supporto energetico e l’equilibrio idro-salino durante lo sforzo. Enervit Isocarb C2:1PRO è diventato un elemento fisso del mio Nutrition System: affidabile, efficace e studiato per chi cerca prestazioni di alto livello senza compromessi.
