MedVance Soft Silicone Tape with Perforation for Easy Cut Size - 1" Width (1 Pack, 5 Yards)

Purchased this when I ran out of Somnifix lip sealers used to prevent snoring. Somnifix worked well (could reuse a couple of times before they lost grip) but a little rough on the edges. This tape is the right width for mouth tape purpose, and the perforations tear easily to get the perfect size. Applied the same way as the mouth strips (over pursed lips for minimal contact on actual lips), softer, and grips better. I haven't tried to reuse yet but this roll should be about a 90-day supply at a fraction of the cost of the specialty mouth products.

I use a CPAP and in looking for a (reasonable) alternative to the pre-cut mouth tape I came across this tape. It sticks extremely well, does not irritate my skin and is easy to tear. The only problem I have is once it's removed it does not stick very well.

I use this to tape my mouth shut at night and it’s so convenient and works great. Doesn’t hurt to peel off. Keeps my lips from drying out. Mouth stays shut all night. And the perforations let you choose how big of a piece you want

The best quality tape that I have found on Amazon stickyness is great for fresh out of the shower breathes well unrolls well cost is high but recovery from mom makeover seems like the tape cost is minimal afterwards I've literally tried 10 different tapes

Excellent tape. I have very sensitive skin and this tape really stays in place while also coming off without tearing or irritating my skin. Even held during an hourlong workout.

I have very sensitive skin and am allergic to adhesive. Consequently, most medical tapes give me a rash, even the hypoallergenic ones. So, I decided to give this a try. On the plus side, it is very gentle and does not irritate my skin. It is very easy to apply, remove or reposition. It doesn’t damage my skin when I take it off. It is relatively easy to tear. It has a pleasant gel-like texture that feels nice against my skin, and it is very breathable. It is perfect for covering scars or very minor wounds that are almost fully healed. However, it does not have a very strong adhesive, so it doesn’t securely hold down bandages or dressings. I also found that it frequently was moved out of place by rubb8ng against clothing or bedding, such as while sleeping or exercising. So, it’s not good for major wounds or for people who are very active.

My wife let me sleep in the bed for the first time in 2 years once i started using this as mouth tape. Idk how much i have left since the spool holder is not transparent so idk about how good of a price it is for quantity... but I've been using it daily to prevent mouth breathing and snoring. It works great! I have facial hair so i just mainly apply it on my lips and it holds strong enough to not mater that my whole mouth region isn't covered. Regardless, other mouth tapes are like 25-30$ for 30days. so 10$ and im going almost 2 weeks at this point without it running out yet.. safe bet its a good deal

If you are tired of the red that comes from the adhesive of bandages - especially with a wound that needs repeated care, this is the "go to" tape. It holds securely, gentle with removing, no red.
