Feel a sense of clarity after drinking but the hydrogen content is absolutely wildly below claims. But technically do feel results after drinking so still getting stars for that. Using more than one brand new meter I got to do comparison tests with this, plus h2tab and a hydrogen generator bottle I also have, I wanted to see what the ORP and hydrogen content really is. Hydrogen readings: Drink HRW: 0.87 PPM H2TAB: 0.65 PPM Hydrogen generator bottle: 0.63 PPM Hydrogen generator bottle kept my pH high (I have a system in my house to have whole home pure water) ph: H2tab and drink HRW drop my water to high 3s low 4s on the pH scale. Clear head. And for me helps with migraines and joint pain. The taste is not great but I have added lemon water after the tablet dissolves and that seems to help the taste. I want to try the raspberry ones.

Even though I can't lab test the PPM of molecular hydrogen myself, I'm trusting in the company's information. Drop in 1 tab to a bottle of water (500ml) and wait until dissolved. Drink immediately after (put it down quick don't sip on it) as to not loose the hydrogen gas created by the chemical reaction. Don't shake the bottle, let it do it's thing. My son loves watching the tabs as they start blasting hydrogen gas into the water immediately and are super bubbly. No taste either, just like drinking plain water. Not sure of the safety for a 7 year old to consume a whole bottle himself, however, AI let him drink 1/4 the amount as he is 54lbs and I'm 194lbs. This lower amount won't hurt him and the antioxidants that he gets from this are incredible! Will be able to see the whole effects over time and after heavy duty physical labor or a heavy workout.
