Is this an excellent alternative than using our fingers for general usage?

For some reason my fingertip results are often unpredictable, the stylus helps eliminate error. This stylus won't roll off desk. All stylus tips wear so the replaceable tips are a big asset. Good luck!

I can't say for sure, but its probably about 4.5 to 5.5 inches. Its not the longest stylus I've used, but it works great.
