Really enjoyed!

I really enjoyed this DVD-I was getting bored with my Jillian&Jackie Warner dvd's and enjoyed the mix of cardio with strength on here.I can usually tell within the first 15 minutes of trying a new workout whether it will wind up as another dust collector or if I will be willing to use it again.I really felt worked after completing this DVD,yet I didn't feel that It had any dread factor(Jari Love &early Cathe Friedrich dvd's made me never want to see them again!)I also liked Amy's personality,as she was motivating,but not over the top.I highly recommend this,as well as her new Breathless Body 4 dvd
