Your better not returning it because the company yateech sends there own return label costing £11 of your own money they will not refund this .

You should be able to buy spare items as all bits screw in probably from the manufacturer

does the cat box come built?

You make everything. Pretty straight forward and my big cat loves the cat box area. The sides are fabric allowing overspill for larger cats. My cats love it and it's saved the furniture!
