Nature's Bounty Garlic Extract, Herbal Supplement, Supports Circulatory Function, 1000mg, 100 Rapid Release Softgels, Pack of 3

I was using a different garlic supplement but ran out and couldn't find more locally. I saw this brand had good reviews and was inexpensive so I gave it a try. Because I had already been using garlic supplements, the Nature's Bounty gels were effective right away and is giving better results than the previous brand. My BP is now fairly consistent within the normal range and I'm hoping it'll also help a bit with cholesterol and blood sugar.

I have recently been told I have high blood pressure. Being a person who dislikes taking any kind of medicines (most don't make me feel well and i have a lot of allergic reactions to chemicals) I try to find natural ways to mitigate my health issues. Well garlic is one plant that can make blood pressure better and offers a host of other good things for your body. These are very easy to swallow and they don't repeat after a half hour or so - I have not had any stomach upsets by taking these. I don't think it has any odor either so that is a good thing. My bp has come down too (although I also take CoQ10 and hawthorn berry too) but could be due to the combination of things. I am on a very low dose of bp medicine which before doing supplements was not helping - upping my dose caused a host of side effects so I take the very low dose of medicines and am watching what I eat, eliminated salt and am taking these nice little easy to swallow garlic pills. I will continue to buy these as they are not terribly expensive and it's working.

Excellent garlic supplements! Pills are very small and easy to swallow, no garlic smell, no after taste or stomach upset. Can be taken any time of day, with or without food. Much better than eating garlic! :-) Great price, highly recommended! A+++

Very good product. I knew I would only get one bottle in lieu of the 3 bottles advertised, based on the price. Sure enough, I only received one. Better off going to my local 'mart' and buying the three pack next time.

First, the disclaimer. Most humans have all the same body parts, but our chemistry is not always the same. That's why they put all those warning labels on drugs. For me, this helps me maintain a good blood pressure. Don't know why that works for me but it does. I'm so old that I remember when rainbows were only in black and white. But at least my blood pressure is normal.

I take these daily because garlic is supposed to be good for you. Garlic IS good for you. You, more than likely, are like me and cannot really tell whether it is helping or not. I know that it is doing no harm. Maybe I should just eat more garlic. But none of us want stinky garlic breath, do we? We don't want to peel it, chop it, etc. That is the entire draw. Convenience. Perhaps I should just quit being lazy.
