No horsepower gain, however, it makes the gas pedal "feel" like you have more power. Instant response at take-off. I should have picked one of these up years ago. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well and as advertised. *by M***G on Reviewed in the United States on March 9, 2017* This thing really made a big improvement in the throttle response of my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. These jeeps have a terrible algorithm in the computer that makes throttle response very mushy, at any speed. The booster does a good job modifying the throttle position signal that's going to the computer and improving the response to the pedal. When installed it defaults to "race 5" mode which was too sensitive for me. I bumped it down to "race 3" which I liked better. After a while I tried "sport 7" and have left it on that setting.It's kinda spendy but I think it's worth it considering how terrible the default throttle response is in these vehicles.
