different and good
This stuff mixes really well for shakes - not gritty, chalky, or weird. It is probably the best plant based protein I've had for texture. It taste good, but with a tartness - kinda like yogurt. There are no ingredients other than potato protein. All the calories appear to be from protein - no carbs or fat. Definitely has to be sweetened for a shake. I like mixing it with pea protein. I like the variety it adds to my selection

great product, but should come with instructions for use (I include some here)
I'm so happy someone is selling this again. I got some from True Nutrition a few years ago but they discontinued it. I've been on the lookout for it ever since. TIP: I think it is not more popular because it does not taste or behave like other protein powders that are more bland and mixable. This protein pwder is extremely acidic (read: sour) and also very sticky. It works best if it is neutralized with a little baking soda or baking powder and preferably combined with another powder (for a drink) or with a flour (for cooking) before water is added.

like a vegetable gone bad
Gawd awful stuff. It is bland tasting and highly soluble, but VERY SOUR, like a vegetable gone bad. How could you take a yummy vegetable like potato and make it taste this horrible!? Makes me wonder if the processing to remove carbohydrates really changes the product so much that it tastes this bad. If looking for a low carb protein, keep looking and pass this one by.

Can't bear taste
Although this protein looks good on paper, the taste is repulsive. I can't put enough stevia or almond butter in my smoothie to make it bearable to drink.

THE BEST PROTEIN POWDER OUT THERE!!!
You can read the container for all the specs and great info, but this is the best and most versatile vegetable protein powder out there. You can add this stuff to just about everything. There's no chocolate, vanilla, cookie dough, etc. flavor so you can add this to eggs, pancakes, smoothies, milk, just about anything, without changing the flavor of your food. I've uploaded photos of Paleo pancakes I made with the potato protein. I added one scoop of protein to the batter, but plan on adding more the next time.

Sour, astringent and difficult to mix into water.

Finally, a protein powder I can tolerate!
I found this by watching Dr. Becker's program and am now a fan of Innovix high quality supplements. I can't tolerate whey or pea protein powders and this is the best as it's tasteless, zero carbs, and high protein. I use a scoop or 2 in my smoothies, pancakes, muffins, cookies and mashed potatoes. I love Innovix Magnesium and Probiotics as well!
