It's growing
I can't fault this, but my opinion is skewed by the fact that only a week later my local Lidl had better ones at half the price.

The plant dies without ever growing
Something is wrong with this plants, please DO NoT BUY before reading this! Let’s start with the positives: - as one reviewer puts it, “ My tree arrived earlier than expected in a well packaged box and moist soil, thank you”. Woo-hoo :) Now the negatives (and try reading the other reviews too): - the plant arrived some time November last year. As you can see from the pictures, we used LED lights to help it cope with British winter - the plant lived till the next May. Yet, it has never produced a single new leaf. The fruits got ripe, it even flowered in May but it started to loose all of its leaves… - the seller says that roots are rotten “due to overwatering” but look at the roots which I have exposed today and judge by yourself. Just FYI, rotten roots do not hang in the air like this. All in all, I have no idea what is wrong with the plant but, judging by the other reviews where plants have lost their leafs and/or died, I suspect it is not my fault. Just to show you that I am not a total muppet - see the picture of another citrus plant attached (kaffir lime). The lime seems to feel just fine, producing new growth and… well, not dying :)

Unhealthy and Gloomy tree after a week
The Kumquat Tree dropped all of its leaves and fruits in a couple of days after the delivery. I carefully read the instructions and I took good care of the plant but the Kumquat tree was the only one among several plants (that I purchased during the same period) that looks unhealthy and gloomy. I am not recommending buying one of those!

Well packaged, lovely tree.
My tree arrived earlier than expected in a well packaged box and moist soil, thank you. Approx. ten Kumquat had fallen from the tree whilst being transported which is to be expected. However there are still 25-30 Kumquats on the tree. It looks really nice.
