Good product, bad Amazon customer service.
ATTENTION, AMAZON! Received damaged sub woofer. The black dome like stuff which makes up the speaker of sub woofer was dented and a screw there was missing. Called Amazon customer care on the day i received my order for replacement or refund. Provided them the photos of damaged part. They asked me to wait for 3 to 5 business days which i did. Nothing happened. Called again on the sixth day, Amazon again told me to wait for another 3 to 5 business days. Nothing happened. Nothing is happening. If I call them, will they ask me to wait for yet another 3 to 5 business days? Regarding the product itself, speakers are very good with nice crisp sound . Since my sub woofer doesn't work, being defective, I cannot say anything about it. But I'm sure with a working sub woofer this product is almost perfect.

Clear soothing sound & a classic design
I am loving this speaker so much. The sound is crystal clear and very soothing. The bass is so calming. Overall it gives an amazing experience for music and movies etc. It's really satisfying to listen to every kind of music with this.

I recive it in very bad and unworking condition after complaining amzon also did not heare my problem and he also not replace or return it dont buy. It.

Ok for 1 room, should be lil cheaper
I like the fact that it has bluetooth connectivity which is good and sound quality is upto the mark not good not bad. Atleast not a regretion.

Useless warranty by philips
Product is of just above average quality, average sound quality. The most worst thing about the merchandise is the service part. I have used this product for 9 months, one of the speaker is not working, when I call the philips customer care(within warranty period), they said my pincode is not under service coverage area. I guess my pincode comes only in sales coverage area but not service. I recommend if u don't live in a metropolitan or tier 1 city, Philips is not the brand u should go for.
