This pad never would heat up, I contacted the company and I give them 10 stars on how they responded. I could choose any other pad, just pick one out and let them know, no return just throw the bad one out. I chose an unweighted one and it works fine.

It stopped working after 1 1/2 months. Can i get a replacement?
